Nero does not recognize CDRW disc as re-writable

I've been using Nero 5 and the drive is CyberDrive CW058D. It works fine for burning CDR. In my first try for CDRW, I formatted a CDRW disc and the formatting process was completed OK. However, when I tried to copy files onto the disc, I was told that the disc is not writable (I forgot the exact messege). When I checked the disk properties, it showed that the disc is only 194kb and there was no free space.
I tried this disc on another computer and the disc works fine.
I think the 194kb is for some system files located on the disc. The free space of 500M-600M is not recognized by either Nero 5 or the CyberDrive.

Anyone had the same problem and knows how to fix it?
