Has anyone else had this problem? Nero will fail to load often and under details it mentioned somethinga bout 'IMAPI being used by another program...ffdshow.ax'. What's the problem, should I just uninstall ffdshow when I burn then reinstall?
Try using our Nero Clean Tool to uninstall any remanents of older versions of our software, and see if you are then able to install without problems after a reboot.
