I have heard of many problems with the InCD from Ahead, so probably whatever it is from Roxio. I have never used either myself though.

I definitely say DirectCD or Drag-to-Disc. Both are by Roxio. The latter comes with version 6 and higher.

Tried all of them, FileCD and Sonic DLA are the best in my opinion!
