LOL!!

I've personally already boycotte CompUSA for their terrible return policy! They've lost a lot of business from me. :-?

In-Store Return Policy for Hawaii Stores
For items purchased in Hawaii area CompUSA retail stores
#793 and #795
Items purchased from CompUSA and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange unless covered under the exclusions below. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories.

An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item (fee not applicable in Hawaii). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

I guess we are special :P

They are far from me here and every other place I deal with does at least a 14 day becuase I don't like the color return policy so I won't deal with them. A freind went there to get a Buslink/LiteOn drive and it was another make and didn't work well anyways, they still wanted their 15 percent so he bought another toy and they waived the fee, :evil:
So Neither of us will shop there now.

They have always been nice to me

We don'thave a choice here in Hawaii, we only have CompUSA and Circuit city, well and office depot.

No Best buy here yet.

They want to build one here in Honolulu, but the Mayor's wife is tied to Circuit City somehow
