Try this:
Fire up Nero Smart Start;
Click the big Nero button;
Remove the exisiting serial number;
Put it back in.
That solved the older problem with it saying it didn't have the right plug ins; it should fix this, as well. If not, uninstall Nero, and delete ALL of the Ahead entries in the registry. RegCleaner is great for that; however it's hard to find if you dont have it (the new version is no longer freeware. However, the old version still works great!). If you want, I can e-mail you the installer.
