Are there any problems with Nero 6 Ultra that I need to know

I bought the registration key from a seller off Ebay and am downloading it now. He is sending me the "disk" in the mail but I already have the Serial #.

I assume that I can download the trail version then pop in my key # and be good to go?

anything else I need? do I still need to use DVD encrypter or SHRINK?

I will keep them both anyway but I am cleaning off all the extra dvd junk I am not going to use like ROXIO...etc etc.

I paid $13.80 total for the Nero 6.0 Ultra. no book just the disk & serial number. It is on its way to me. I beleive he has more of them still at auction right now.
