I was at Office Depot today and saw this deal. I have never seen these at Bestbuy.

The 4X DVD-R discs are made by Maxell in Japan (MXLRG02), and 4X DVD+R discs are made by Ritek with the "RICHOJPNR01" Manufacturer ID. These 15-pack spindles are currently sold only by Office Depot, so there is no chance for price matching elsewhere.
