Please help me! I need my files!

My computer was in a bad way so I used Nero to Backup my files incase my pc broke, luckily i did as my pc has unfortunitly died.
So I thought I woold use my laptop to open the files i had backed up, as I need them urgently. But when I put my Backup disc, and asked to restore with nero, it said File doesnot exist. So i opened the restore wizard and looked for the files to restore in the drop down box, they were not there. I also thought maybe i could just double click on the files in windows explorer, but that did not work either.
Running out of options and time~!! Hope sumone can help>?!

How did you do the backup?

Did you use the 'Backup' feature or the Hard Drive Backup feature?


There is a difference, and it affects how you can restore it.
