Open new window is small

Not sure what happened, but everytime I open a NEW IE window it is reduced in size. I have to click the square to maximize the size. This is very annoying when wroking in many windows.

How can I fix this problem?

open just 1 window, enlarge it, close it.
next time you open a window it should be the last (large) size.
