Anybody check yet if these are for "older" or "newer" 52327S versions or for both?

I upgraded my old LTR-52327S (October 2003) and it works fine.
Perhaps it's for both drives.

When I upgraded my LTR-52327S, I noticed that the firmware had the same letter as my last upgrade...BUT there was a difference in the numbering on the firmware. It seems that the latest posted has changes from the last E firmware upgrade.

Any results on quality already available?

Better/worse than 0B or 0C of the old version?
