[b]Nero Vision Express 2 - unable to capture video[/b]

Unable to capture video. When I'm clicking on "capture video" the application just close. I downloaded the demo of Nero Ultra 6 yesterday and everything was ok. I've capture video yesterday from my DV camcorder and all ok and then today nothing.
Please help ! I was just getting ready to order my Serial number...

I purchased Nero 6 Ultra Edition (v6.3), and in Vision Express I'm having the same problems during capture. I can begin playing the video, but after that the program ceases to respond. I've received no responses from Ahead to my email requests.
Using XP, P4, 256MB...
Anyone resolved this sort of problem?
