Nero 7 - DVD - Pictures + Sounds

Hi,

I am trying to create a DVD, adding pictures (JPEG) and Sounds (MP3). My first problem on it, it was to add the pictures, once I have more than 99 pictures and Nero allows just it. So, It was necessary to divide in several menus. Now, I want to add sounds on these pictures, but it seems that the sound is included in each menus. The questions are:

1) Is there a way to add the picutres in one menu? (I have more than 200 pictures)
2) How to add the sound on the pictures, but I need that this sound keeps playing on all movies?

Hi,

As nobody had a solution for my problem, I got a solution for it.

It seems that NERO doesn’t support more than 99 pictures in one chapter. Nero splits the pictures automatically in chapters. With this behaviour, I needed to export each one of the chapters. When you do it, Nero saves the chapters as MPEG file. So, after it, I joined again the movies and I got one file with several chapters.

Another problem: I wanted to add sounds on this movie. Nero doesn’t have FADE IN or FADE OUT resources. Microsoft has a free program called WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER that alllows it, however, the exported file is not used as Video file, it is used as AUDIO file (maybe there is a bug on it), along with this problem, the exported file had 3.5GB, and Windows Movie Maker hung when I tried to hangle it. The solution was to back to the Nero and to find out sounds to fit (time) on the movie.

I don’t know whether this solution was the better choice, but I got to burn DVD. If someone has a better solution for it, please, let me know.

I use Proshow Gold for Slideshows with music.

I have messed around a little bit with Nero in the past to create slideshows. My guess is that it can be done with Nero as well.
