Nero & Burning speed

Which version of Nero work with Windows XP professional ..

I have installed nero 6 ultra edition and there is compatability problems


If I have already installed Nero 6 , any website to patch it so that can use for XP ?

2) How to boost the writing speed of DVD writer in writing files ( already on firewire &( faster than USB ) ..

I am holding a Centrino 1.6 Gb, level 2 2 Mb cache, 512 Mb RAM 64 Mb deducated graphics card ,

Nero is compatible with Windows XP since 5.5.9.17.I still have Nero 5.5.10.54 installed on my computer with Windows XP and use it regularly.Almost all people have Nero 6.X installed on their Windows XP computers without any problems.
