What are the chances of getting my Pioneer DVD-106 to read DVD+R/W discs? It's not the burner, it's the DVD-ROM drive.
Firmware 1.22 date 2001-8-1.
I bought a + burner a while back, and just tonight discovered that my ROM drive isn't up to the task.
Can I firmware my way to + reading, or am I SOL ?
