MP3+ sound card

Hi:
I've been reading about this sound card and it looks pretty good.
I want to convert analog to digital. I have the ASUS P4P800 Deluxe with
SoundMax and am wondering if there's an option for converting the ana-
log signal? I couldn't find any. My burner is the LG multi-session which came wit B's 5 software which has a feature to do what I want but I guess I need a better sound card.
The MP3+ is external and comes with USB2, software that can do what I
want. I've seen it for $60.00. What it boils down to is this the product to
do what I want?
Anyone had any experience with the components I mention?
