MATSHITA UJ-861

Can somebody tell me what is better MATSHITA UJ-861 or optiarc ad 7561a.
I have optiarc on my laptop but i wasn't able to use dvd-r discs and i ask for new drive from HP. I got MATSHITA UJ-861. What is your opinion about this drive?

Sorry.. I'm not really familar with either drive. Are you sure that's the right Optiarc model? I can't find any info about it online.
