internet explorer problem

hi gang

my internernet explorer just started crashing....what should i do?reinstall it?how?thanks.

With all the problems you've been having lately, I'd just backup my data and reinstall Windows.

hi ian
everythings ok except with this critical update microsoft just released....im not sure what version of ie i have.looking in the my computer icon(right clicking and properties i have...version 2002 service 3)it do
enst say which version i have.looking though the "run "and using winver it says version 5.1 service pack
3 but it still gives no hint of which version i have..any suggestions?thanks.

To check the version, launch IE, go to Help and then click on About Internet Explorer.

The easiest way to update though is just to use Windows Update.
