It looks like your burner is not being recognized by InCD. Well, Ahead's page
http://www.ahead.de/en/index.html#recorder
doesn't say whether CRX100E is supported by InCD, and I couldn't find CRX100E in InCD's database. On the other hand, Ahead's information is frequently inaccurate, so it's hard to guess whether InCD should work with your burner.
Perhaps InCD has not been installed correctly. In addition to the causes mentioned in
http://www.cdrlabs.com/phpBB/viewtopic. ... 4456#64456
there is the possibility that the installer has failed to unpack InCD files correctly, in which case you could try to unpack them manually, and then start the setup program as outlined in step S7 of the InCD troubleshooting guides available in the FAQ's forum (read the version appropriate for your version of Windows).
However, since your burner is old and painfully slow, and 2x discs may be hard to find, instead of wasting time on trying to make it work, you should consider upgrading to a faster burner.
