Incd Problem -- locked by INCD Server???

[Escape]

I got a message everytime i start my OS.

Drive I: is locked by INCD Server.
(Code 5020)

and

Drive h: is locked by INCD Server.
(Code 5020)

why Incd gives and error like that???? How can i fix it..

Winxp pro-SP1
incd 4.2.9.1
Drive h: asus cd-rom
Drive I: Samsung DVD-Rom

Honestly I never saw such error with InCD. Could you contact Ahead's techsupport and report them the issue? They will surely help to find a solution.
