How do you make a video dvd?

How do you make a video dvd with recordnow that comes bundled with drives? When I try to burn a video dvd it opens mydvd instead of just letting me use my ripped vobs.

I would uninstall MyDVD,it's Ligos encoder took over my PC.When burning a DVD with RN use Data and import your VIDEO_TS folder with all your .VOB,.IFO and .BUP files then add an empty AUDIO_TS folder.

use nero then click on video dvd, then import the dvd files into the video_ts folder, then burn
