How do I make a Bootable Netware CD-ROM?

I'm about to experiment with Netware and I have a DVD disc that has a folder with all necessary files. According to the readme instructions, I'm supposed to copy this files to a bootable CD, but there are no instructions on how to do this!

I've never made this type of disc before and I'm totally lost. I have made copies of M$ CD's before, but never created one under the circumstances above.

I've done a search but did not find the relevant info.
