I'm goin to open a Cyber Cafe soon .
How am I goin' to obtain the software licence to install the games on more than 1 PCs ?

I think you can just buy as many copies as you need, and you will be licensed. For example, buy 5 boxed copies of the game if you want to put it on 5 PCs. Then, install each one on one PC.

If you want to save a few bucks, get OEM versions. You won't get the box, just the CD and a license. Just make sure you get them from a reputable vendor (like Newegg), otherwise you could end up with cripped versions of the games.

Some OEM software will not have valid licenses unless they are bundled with hardware, though. Just something to be aware of.
