I have done 5 Fuji rebates. For 2 of them, I got the check quite promptly. For 3 of them, Fuji claims they did not get my documentation. Each time, I faxed it in again, and they quickly mailed out a check.
I have done ~100 non-Fuji rebates over the past year or two, with ~5 getting "lost in the mail".
Fuji's customer service is great in all aspects, so I am surprised that I am having so much trouble with them. Is this a fluke, or is anyone else having this experience?
