Nero Recode within Nero7 along with a Pioneer 110 drive has a burn speed problem when you are doing the compile/burn in the standard two step procedure. Burn speeds starts at 4X and works down (MCC004 media).
Reverted back to Nero 6 and no such problem exist !!!!
Burn speeds start at 16X and work down (MCC004 media).
