Flash 16x IOMagic drive to Benq 1655?

Hey did anyone have any luck flashing IO Magic drive (benq 1655 oem) with Benq firmware?
Is it possible at this time?
Does it work?
What to look for on the IOmagic box to assure that it's benq 1655 oem drive?

I dont' think anyone has tried, primarily because BenQ hasn't released a firmware update for the DW1655 yet. Once one is released it will probably be only a matter of time before you can crossflash it with utilities like BQFlasher.

The firmware is ready, it'll be released very soon :wink:
Punch Cards -> Paper Tape -> Tape Drive -> 8" Floppy Diskette -> 5 1/4" Floppy Diskette -> 3 1/2" "Flippy" Diskette -> CD-R -> DVD±R -> BD-R

worked for me io magic GCAB @ BCDB using bqflasher 0.7.2
