extracting files from a .bin

i was wondering if it was possible to extract a file out of a .bin file, say, an mpeg file.

i don't want to burn it, i just want that one file. is there a program out there that lets you do that??

WinISO can extract files from a .BIN or .ISO file, however, the unregistered version cannot extract a file larger than 3MB.

CDmage can also do what you need, and it's free.
