How are Newegg's rebates? I can't say I've ever sent one in.

Best Buy has a 20 pack (non-printable) for $39.99 this week. Not a better deal, but no rebates to deal with.

Newegg sucks @ss !

The rebate requires the purchase price to be circled, if you look at the invoice that newegg uses, THERE IS NO PRICE WHAT SO EVER.

You guys know how rebates work, if it doesn't follow the instuctions to the 'T' then you ain't gett'n jack.

I've done NewEgg/Verbatim rebates once or twice before, and received the check(s) on time. I always carefully follow rebate instructions and make a photocopy.

After a product is shipped to you, you can go into your account online and select a printable view of your order. Yes, it has the price on it. Just print it out and include it with the rebate form with the bar code taped to it. Photocopy the latter as insurance.

I never had any trouble with NewEgg's service. Eric, you may have had a bad experience with NewEgg. I haven't though in 10-20 purchases. They usually aren't the lowest price, but they're not expensive, and fairly quick to ship.

I just wanted to provide an update that I did get the $20 rebate check a few weeks ago. About $1.50 per DVD+R DL for DataLifePlus is the best deal I've ever had for dual layers discs. If you can get less than $2 per DL disc, that's a great deal. A couple months ago I had the chance to buy $20 for a 10-disc spindle of standard Verbatim DVD+R DL at Office Depot, and I only bought one. I wish I'd bought 3 or 4 of those.
