After reading http://www.cdrlabs.com/reviews/index.ph ... erformance and CPU usage values, I was wondering what my PIII 850 system could do with a DVD writer.
Q1) The test shows CPU usage on reading. Is it the same on writing ? (same CPU usage for 4x DVD+RW reading than 4x DVD+RW writing ?)
Q2) With a PIII 850 system, it is impossible to go beyond 4x speed ?
Q3) Maybe some CPU usage improvement will be done on the next generation of DVD writers ?
