Cendyne "LTR/48125W" was an Asus, not Lite-On!

Got a hot deal you want to share? Need one?

I got a Cendyne that said "LTR/4812W" for the model number on the label. I had bought one before and gotten a Lite-On, but this time, I got an Asus!

Just a warning.

Some people might be happy to hear this. Asus drives are not really sold retail in the US...

That would be fine with me,ASUS drives are quieter and more reliable than Lite-On(Power On 100,000hrs vs. 70,000hrs).Don't take my word for it:http://www.cdrlabs.com/reviews/index.php?reviewid=173&page=Performance
