Burning Double Diamond Digital CD-R PX-4012A

have problems writing Double Diamond Digital CD-R's (700/80min Multispeed) with my Plextor PX-4012A (fw 1.05). They burn with much difficulty and only on very low (16x) speeds. It also takes the PX-4012A a long time to recognize the DDD CD-R's. My Nec 1300A DVD burner has no problems with these CD-R's. Other burners I tried don't have problems...

Can somebody burn these DDD CD-R's on their Plextor PX-4012A without problems?
