Burn fails when using "Disk at Once" mode

I'm trying to burn din/cue files. They have worked faultlessly in the past, but for some reason it has started failing. It works if I use track at once.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening. I have tried a few other programs and they do the same thing (however I get different messages in each). I was running win2k, then the issue started, I installed winxp, same problem. I'm an using a Pioneer DVD-R 104 HELP ! Thanks

Did you make any changes since the last time it worked?

Instal any new software, or uninstall? (Though this may not matter as you did install XP and still have the issue)

Upgrade firmware on you recorder recently?

Did you upgrade Nero recently, or since the last time it did work?

What is the exact error message you are getting when it fails? And when exactly do you get the errro message?
