Bitsetting on the DVR-107

Postby aviationwiz on Fri Sep 17, 2004 11:24 pm

So, I burned a Prodisc 8x DVD+R today (ProdiscR03) on my DVR-107 (max allowable speed was 4x), did a Q-Check scan to test it out, and in big letters on the scan, it shows the booktype as DVD-ROM.

Drive is, as stated, the DVR-107, however, it's the 8x SuperDrive that comes in the PowerMac G5.

I haven't heard of a DVR-107 of any type bitsetting before, so that's why I posted it. For those interested, here's the scan:

The disc surely isn't actually bitset. Check with DVDInfoPro.
