AnyDVD Vs DVD RegionFree

Hi
Does anyone know what is the difference between DVD Region Free V3.10 and AnyDVD? I have noticed that you can rip the DVDs using either of them.

I don't use any of those programs because my DVD drives all have region free firmware, but I think programs like DVD Decrypter and Vstrip are able to rip encrypted DVDs to your hard drive irrespective of the region code of your DVD and the RPC code of your DVD drive.
