Alcohol 120 1.9.5.2722 w/ Windows x64 Edition

I'm guessing no one has gotten the latest version of alcohol 120% to work with windows XP x64 Edition?

I just checked the forums @ Alcohol-soft.com
it's a known issue.

Their response is, that until MS had a final release of 64 bit OS, they were not going to be releasing any fixes until MS finished messing with the bugs in their own code.

In other words, expect another version to be released sometime soon.

it seems that also daemon tools doesn't work either

another problem with x64 seems to be my external hard drive case

it takes windows forever to recognize its there and finally post it in windows

im using the firewire connection, think the usb2 would be any better at this?

thx i just wish it would work with x64 better, btw switched to usb2 connection works fine
