Yes, you can regularly get name-brand, great quality discs (e.g. Fuji/TY) for $0.06 to $0.10 a disc in 50 or 100 packs if you buy them on sale at places like Best Buy. Keep watching this forum and you will see such deals.

Not a good price at all. Just look through the hot deals section and you will find way better deals than this. A hot deal this week that expired today was the Fuji 100-Pack for $7.99. They were TY media, so it was a very good deal. I also noticed in some of the officemax threads about a 200-pack for $2.99 after rebates, which is very good too. So just look around the hot deal threads.

Yes, they are good quality disc. Even top of the line Fuji disc can be had for $.05-$.08 when on sale.

hate to say it, but that's a terrible price for a unspectacular product. These no name silvers will probably flake off after 2 years and make your disc useless.

If you're paying $20 for 50 disc, I hope you're getting great discs. B/c there's there's constantly deals for free after rebate or <$5 after rebate for a 50 pack.

In fact, most the major stores are having free after rebate deals on disc the Friday after Thanksgiving. Bestbuy, Staples, OfficeMax, etc... just to name a few. All these disc are just as good as the yesbuy one's, if not better b/c they have matted coatings that's more resistent to flaking.

Watch out for the Office Max deals!! I got some cds there and have never gotten the rebate even after calling long distance to talk to customer service and they won't even return the phone call.

Odd, I received my OfficeMax rebate for the 100-pack of KHypermedia CD-R's on time. So far, no gripes about OfficeMax from me.

I always do!!

The Key is to keep a copy of all your rebates, with there phone numbers.
This is so you can call to check up on them.
If you have to go to the store you bought them for and bust there Balls!!
It works!!!!
